Frequently asked questions
Shopify or WooCommerce — which one is right for me? +
Shopify is simpler to operate and handles high volume without issues, but has monthly costs. WooCommerce gives more control and is cheaper long-term but requires more maintenance. We decide together in diagnosis.
How much does Transbank or other gateways charge? +
It depends on your commercial agreement with each gateway and the volume you project to sell. We advise on negotiation if you have never integrated, and explain the options so you pick the one that fits your margin best.
Can you migrate my current store from another platform? +
Yes, we migrate from Wix, Jumpseller, Tiendanube, Magento. We migrate products, historical customers, orders, and rewrite URLs to preserve SEO.
Does it include product photography? +
No, that is quoted separately or done by a photographer. We do include AI optimization and retouch if you have base photos (see AI Images service).
What about returns and taxes? +
We configure policies and tax rules in the store. Operational return management is your team's responsibility, but we train you to use them correctly.
Will my store appear on Google? +
Product SEO foundations are included (clean URLs, structured data, sitemap). To compete in saturated categories, complement with our SEO service.
