We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, HSTS headers, strict Content Security Policy, and periodic vendor review. No system is 100% secure; in case of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Minors
Our services target businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Material changes will be notified through the site.
13. Supervisory Authority
If you believe our processing does not comply with regulation, you may file a complaint with the Chilean Data Protection Agency once operational, without prejudice to any judicial action.
